Tied and Patented
It's a peacefully overcast day, and still a tad chilly, so i'm celebrating with a sweater-weather look! I went with classic black jeans, black mesh heels, a kick-ass patent leather bag with sleek metal & wire handles, and last but not least, another Sandro cozy! I think up until now i've only posted one other Sandro sweater, which is surprising because i'm a huge fan of the brand and have been stocking up on their sweaters circa 2008.
I've gushed about them before, but this sweater is yet another perfect example of how effortlessly their chic and classic pieces fall on the body, not to mention how soft and warm they are (a lot of their sweaters are made of wool and cashmere). I also have a warmer skin tone so i love olive pieces.
I know a built-in waist-tie doesn't seem like a super innovative detail, but personally, i thought such a simple and powerful twist to an already well-structured, well-tailored sweater makes it one of the easiest pieces a woman can own. It's comfortable, polished, and versatile, and i'm not ashamed to say that i've worn it 3x's within the past 6 days. It's on sale now, also comes in grey, and if you decide to puchase: it does not disappoint!
